Free help and support, so you can navigate life’s challenges

We make it easier to get the help you need without the stress of navigating services alone. Our Social Emergency Response Service (SERS) will connect you to the right support and guide you through the next steps so you can move forward with confidence.

What does support look like?

When you reach out for help, you will be invited to talk to a Kaitūhono Hapori / Community Connector who will listen to your unique challenges and create a personalised plan that will include a variety of the below support options.

Crisis Response

We will do our best to accommodate any immediate crisis needs, whether through immediate provision of basic items or advocacy for other concerns such as housing. Please note that our ability to meet material needs will depend upon our resources when you visit.

If you have safety concerns, we will create a plan with you so that you feel safer and ready to take on next steps.
