We can accommodate you with a room to suit your needs. We provide ease of access with multiple car-parking facilities found at Eastgate Shopping Centre. All rooms are suitably furnished for corporate or community groups, provide access to a fully equipped kitchenette, are wheelchair accessible, and equipped with wi-fi.

We offer versatile, confidential, and welcoming spaces designed to meet a wide range of needs. Every booking directly supports the vital work we do, ensuring those in need can continue to access the assistance they deserve.

Conference Room - Half or Full

  • This is our largest meeting room, suitable for board room layouts, trainings, or theatre style..

    Capacity for 40 people

    Access to data projector and smart TV.

    Utilising the partition wall, the conference room can be split into two smaller meeting rooms.

    Capacity in these smaller rooms are 20 people theatre style, or 12 people board style.

Breakout Space

  • Brightly furnished, our breakout space is perfect for meetings not requiring formality.

    This room adjoins the conference / meeting rooms, so it is ideal as a breakout space for workshops running from there.

    Capacity is 10 people seated.

    Includes wall mounted TV.

    Due to the high standing table, this room is not wheelchair accessible.

Client Interview Room

  • Furnished in two relaxed styles, our client interview rooms are great for smaller meetings.

    You can have a choice of meeting table and four chairs, or three armchairs and a coffee table.

    The room capacity is 4 - 5 people.

The Loft offers hotdesking options for professionals who need a space to get things done. Whether you're a visiting practitioner, a community worker, or someone needing a desk for a day, our shared workspace is welcoming, quiet, and set up with everything you need to work comfortably.

You’ll get access to Wi-Fi, power, and a desk in our shared space, plus the option to use our printing and scanning facilities. Our central location makes it easy to connect with others working across social, health, and community services. We offer flexible booking options, and our friendly team is here to help you settle in.

Hot Desk

  • Hot Desks at The Loft can be booked for either a half-day or a full-day, giving you the flexibility to work in a way that suits your schedule. We offer fair, competitive pricing and can discuss options for regular users or community organisations.

    Hot Desks are available Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm, excluding public holidays.
