Help with Government Documents and Technology in Ōtautahi Christchurch

Navigating forms from agencies like Work and Income, Inland Revenue, and your local City Council can sometimes feel overwhelming. The Loft team is here to help with basic form completion and to work through the process alongside you.

While we’re unable to provide advice about documents, we can support you in understanding the content and completing forms. If questions come up that we can’t answer, we’ll connect you to specialist assistance. Support may also include learning how to use the technology needed to access services, complete forms, and manage day-to-day responsibilities.

Below you will find further information on free and confidential resources.
