Metro bus cards will be phased out on 23 November, and the Motu Move team will be visiting The Loft on Monday 19 October to help people make the change.

If you find busy locations, crowded libraries, or long queues overwhelming, this is a great opportunity to get one-on-one support in a quieter, more accessible environment.

The Loft is fully wheelchair accessible and offers a welcoming space where you can take your time and ask questions. Motu Move cards will be free during the transition period, although a $5 initial top-up is required. Please note that ambassadors will be cashless, so you'll need to bring a payment card if you'd like to top up your new card on the day.
